Your Privacy Matters

 

This Privacy Policy has been written regarding information-sharing and the new data protection laws that began in Europe effective May 25th. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) was created by the European Union to protect personal information. At this time, The Humane Marketer does not have international clients but wishes to be in compliance.  My company also values the right to privacy for all individuals.

The Humane Marketer will never sell or share your private information. I do not accept any payments through my website so there is no access to, or collection of, any financial information.

My website includes social media buttons such as LinkedIn and Facebook. These individual features may collect your IP address or set a cookie to function properly. These social media features are hosted by a third party and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.  Any use of these features is covered under the privacy policies of the companies that provide each social media platform.

At this time, the Humane Marketer does not have a newsletter and does not collect personal information for that purpose. Should I create a newsletter in the future I will update this privacy policy and I will add a user consent link and an unsubscribe link to any marketing pieces I send out.

The contact page on my website is used expressly for visitors to make inquiries and to allow me to answer them.  If you have any questions or need clarifications please contact me.
